Christmas was a blast. My mom and brother Dale got to come up from CA. It was such a blessing to have them spend Christmas with me and my family. Everyone had a great time. They got to stay a week with us. I really miss not being able to see them everyday. It's very hard for me to be away from my mom. She is a great friend to me and I love her so much. I miss her everyday and so does my daughter Victoria. She had a nervous break down when my mom left to go home. She just cried and cried like that whole day. I miss my brother also we get along great I miss talking to him. Mom and Dale I love you guys.

Separation is difficult when you are especially close to someone like your mom. But thankfully in this day of technology with phones, email, texting, webcams, etc... It sure is easier than in the past. I remember when my Dale and I were separated during our engagement, we wrote long letters (Dale sent one to me EVERYDAY during that time) and had HUGE phone bills! Now, you can stay in touch with people in detail like never before. I am sure you are grateful for that. This is good. Renee
