Today Victoria made a trip to the dentist to start her steps for braces. They had to take imprisons. She didn't like that so much. But she did really well. She gets her braces April 7th. She's excited about it. The design she picked are hearts. She'll have to have them on for a year. I just hope there won't be a lot of pain. I'll keep you up dated on her progress.

What a sweetie! Is she about 8? I was looking at the picture of the three of them and that would be my guess. I think the braces go pretty well once they are on and tightened to the proper way. My Nicolas had them for a couple of years and he didn't like the tightening process. He had to be very committed to brushing his teeth well, I remember. He wears spacers now which he takes out before he eats anything. I asked him if it is hard to remember, especially at school, and he said one day he had to go through all of the lunch room garbage cans to find one of them--that's what I would be afraid of.
They do make the braces so cute now with the colored bands, etc. I bet she will like them once they are in place.
